-15mg Adderall XR b.i.d.
-250mg Citicoline (CDP-Choline), o.d.
-Coffee throughout the day
-1.6g Piracetam o.d.
-250mg L-Theanine prn in tea for anxiety

I was in the ER the other day for heart palpitations and dyspnea and I didn't take my stack that day, but I had also been taking Afrin nasal spray daily for about a year so I believe that may have been the cause. I quit Afrin cold turkey and have been feeling fine.

What's the rationale? I can do that, but just curious why it may help?

Also, as for the heart palps... do you think it could have been from the indiscriminate and prolonged Afrin use?

I second the use of magnesium I actually just bought it after reading about its antidepressant potiental via the nmda receptors. Its cheap, effective, and plenty of american are deficient. Also,. fish oil would be great the research is endless for that.

In my view Adderal is never safe, see this case:

He didnt overose or anything else, therefore it seems,at least for me, that Adderal is the cause.
