Any ideas of how to counteract a negative nootropic experience? I had a rough one last night where I took Sulbutiamine and Now Foods Stress Support with Relora at around 6pm. Aside from sleeplessness all night, I was irritable, started irrational fights with my family then isolated myself for hours, couldn't sleep, couldn't focus on anything even the most simplest reading or Ipad game, had sudden increased pressure on my eyes, my skin was itching, was completely uncomfortable and unable to do anything about it, and would have cried in relief had I a joint to smoke.  Not sure if it was the Sulbutiamine or the combo, but on another occasion with Sulbutiamine alone, I noticed my hand tremoring. I will probably be staying away from that one.

But it occurs to me that in my self-experimentation to find sustainable alternatives to manage ADHD-PI without Vyvanse or stimulants, that I will run across this situation from time to time. I cannot reasonably keep MJ around at all because I tend to like it too much for recreational purposes. Other than that (which positively counteracts any bad substance experience for me), what are some options that I can keep handy either for sleep or to counteract a bad nootropic stack experience?
