I am looking for a supplier of BHB ( https://en.wikipedia...oxybutyric_acid ) and or BHB / MCT  (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medium-chain_triglyceride). Can anyone recommend a brand to help with a ketognic diet / fasting?

Exogenous BHB salts are readily available.  A quick Google search will render numerous results.  All of the products are kinda pricey.  They all raise ketone levels quite quickly based on meter measurements.

I've tried these:

https://www.perfectketo.com/  More palatable (subjectively).

http://ketosports.com/  Didn't care for the taste.


Less well known are ketone esters:  https://hvmn.com/  These had the biggest impact in terms of raising ketones; very expensive.
