I am going to start taking 500mg of NMN and 250mg of NAD+ daily.   I've had a comprehensive blood check but would like to know if anyone here can suggest any particular test that would be advisable to have before taking these supplements.  Also are there are particular tests that I could use to monitor if the supplements are helping me in any way.   Thanks
