I hope to find a supplier who can synthesise more novel HDAC inhibitors such as Ricolinostat and crebinostat. These are more selective and should have less off-target side effects.

Ricolinostat is selective for HDAC6 and this has special interest for me because of an androgen receptor medical issue.

I've bought directly from china a few times. The problem is they all look at customers as suckers and will use any trick to cheat you.  I think I got what I paid for once or twice though it may have been diluted. Another time I believe they notified customs what it really was. They admitted customs contacted them and instead of saying it was this legal stuff we had agreed we would say, they told them the truth. Customs then confiscated it and sent me a letter giving the correct name for the substance. There is no way customs did the lab work in the short time period, it was like a 3 or 4 week period from the time it was sent until I got the letter.

 

So, the only way they knew the exact correct name of the drug was if the company told them. Company denied it even though it was obvious and offered no refund. I have heard from reliable sources that there is a several months wait for results and they only do that testing to verify a big case when the field test shows narcotics. Sending the wrong drug even one on a confiscate list is so low priority there is no way they tested it beyond the field kits which are only going to test for opiates and stimulants. 

 

Another time I got something that did not seem to match the description and tossed it. I'm not 100% sure about any through. These were not major drugs, minor things like a substance that was supposed to have a prescription but was not narcotic or stimulant. Even aspirin is technically supposed to have a script coming from overseas. Just drugs I wanted to try, I might have heard about them here.

 

This is dealing with suppliers of off the shelf goods. Most things are fake to some degree. Now if you want some company to manufacture a drug that does not presently exist, you are opening yourself up to unlimited fraud. In my humble opinion, someone with no big clout has a less than 1 in 1000 chance of getting what was ordered. I'm no expert but I have dealt with china and I hear the stories and they are pretty consistent. Fraud any way they can

 

Major companies here do get some chems from china but they do third part testing, they have contracts saying if it does not pass then no money is owed. A company spending millions per year does have big clout, the contract means something and they usually are able to pay 90 days giving them ample opportunity to check every batch. Plus many people are experiencing economic hardship there these days and the pressure to steal is very high. I'm not making excuses for them but some may feel its steal or die. 

 

The larger the size of the purchase the more likely it is you can work something out. Maybe lab test the first with agreement that there will be a second larger order if the first one passes and better yet if you plan to keep buying regularly. Of course they hear stories all the time from customers "I will buy 1 million if I like it" and they laugh. Talk to forums where they have bought overseas, I used to be on the forums years ago. People may be able to give you some tips more concrete than I can provide. The drug companies I dealt with I would hesitate to recommend, lol. Good luck and I hope you come back with a success story
