Phase 2 of the Unaging Challenge—the Strength Challenge, has reached its final week with 4.3 / 5 stars in rating from the participants.

 

Let’s look back on the results:

 

  • Participants ended the challenge with 26% overall strength gains vs. Week 1

  • Their average Strength gains by movement type are:

    • Legs: +23.5% 

    • Push: +43.9%

    • Pull: +10.3%

 

Some wins beyond the numbers:

  • “All my lifts went up. I feel stronger and more confident overall.”

  • “The challenge got me back into strength training, which I haven’t done in over 15 years.”

  • “I’d been in a bad place mentally, so I was glad to pick it up again. I’m still going.”
