I stumbled across this trainer who was tired of listening to his clients say 'you don't know what it feels like to be fat'.

So he put on 90lbs in a few months to know what it felt like.

Then he went and lost it all (It turns out it was a lot harder than he thought though!)

Interestingly he practiced fasted training (leangains.com style).

OMFG, he did that to himself on purpose? Wow. Hey dude, you don't know what it's like to be addicted to cigarettes, heroin, and meth all at the same time!

Hey dude you really know how to win the situation. First you make yourself like a fat guy who just wasted his life in smoking drinking and partying with girls and when he become fat than you started motivation .
