So...this is the new flu shot thread. I got it yesterday, went about my day a little more tired than usual. I've been taking fungi-perfecti extract daily (contains all the mushrooms we know on this board, supposed to be good for immunity). Today I feel like crap. Tired, unfocused...weak and lightheaded. I am wondering if my supplements that increase immune system may have exacerbated the reaction, or if this was just a bad flu shot (I always get a little off, but this is more off-putting)

I think you got into that minority who gets the pretty standard side effects of flu shot, it should fade away in max two days
