Honestly, what really helped me was Hydergine. I'm not quite sure if I had diminished blood flow prior, and that was part of the issue, but I find things are just a little more clear on it. I take about 5 mg per day, with a B complex (like Hippocampus mentioned, methylcobalamin is important: a deficiency can create alzheimer's-like symptoms; an all-encompassing B-complex can really help with mood elevation as well). Not only does it diminish my ADHD symptoms extensively, but I find that i'm a lot more articulate as well. I take that about five days a week, and cycle it with 5 mg of Selegiline. I find that if I take Selegiline too regularly, even though it's an incredibly lifeline for anyone struggling with motivation/follow-through/ADHD; a buildup can result and start becoming .. slightly on autopilot, for lack of better words.
The only two caveats: One, I have a low sensitivity threshold, so what works for me, may not effect someone else. Two, Hydergine is expensive. So, if anyone who sees this knows of a cheaper alternative than Nubrain's 50.00 package .. let me know.
