Hey Guys,

I was taking 1,000mg of Choline Bitrate and 200mg of raspberry ketones daily with no fatigue, however, once I doubled the dose of both I became tired for several hours after having consumed them. Is the Choline making me sleepy or is it the Raspberry Ketones? I know the best way to figure this out would be to take a normal dose of one with a double dose of the other, and then try it the other way around, but I wanted some more insight as to why it makes me tired.

Also, I took 2,000mg of Choline Bitrate and 400mg of Raspberry Ketones earlier today and it made me tired so I took a nap for a few hours. Once I woke up, I decided to try out 250mg of Pramiracetam and unfortunately, felt spacey and out-of-it, an overrall weird feeling in my body, and slight anxiety. Is this normal? Should I give it another try, or multiple tries, at the same dose or a different dose?

For those of you who have taken Pramiracetam, what was your experience like when you first took it?

I should probably mention that I'm Bipolar and take 3 antidepressants, an antipsychotic, and a benzo for my symptoms, if that helps.

Regards,

Brian

From my experience, pramiracetam can lead to a little spaciness. And when I combine prami + high amount of choline I would get a speedy feeling. So try lowering the dose of pramiracetam(100-150mg) for the spaciness and choline for the anxiety.

As for feeling out-of-it and weird feeling, I'm not completely sure what you mean by these.

Here are a couple of treats about user experience with pramiracetam.

From your experience, does the spaciness improve over time?

I'm not quite sure what I meant by those either lol, but I'm dosing in about five minutes, so I'll update you on how it goes with 100mg.

Thanks for the links. I'll definitely check those out.

Yes and no, I did stop getting them by lowering the does, however there would still be some rare days when I would become spacy. In this case I would simple skip a dose or 2.

An other solution I read some one here use was to take pramiracetam before bed, and still getting some of benefits in the morning.
