I didn't read DJ's reply. I've been fasting but I guess we came to same conclusion. Well thanks to facebook, a backwards kinda way for me to get a conclusion, I never claimed to be a genius.
Here's what I thought too:
H. Pylori, I think that is my problem.
This post may be garbagly written. I'm not the most organized at the best of times. I'm still technically fasting and so my mind isn't at it's usual, slightly handicapped best.
I saw a facebook post a few days ago, I have no science education. Maybe having AI surveiling us and providing custom ads and feeds can have some halfway smart use. I need to get a life too much scrolling, but I did do a two week fast and I am following it up with 5 days of the FMD, which didn't leave me much brain/will power. Here I am thinking it might have been polyps or something worse, still could be. The post I saw mentioned kimichi, or old-school high-sodium kimichi in presence of H. Pylori increased stomach cancer cases in Korea. I have an imbalanced IQ, so H. Pylori didn't register with me other than some strain of bacteria. Then a day or so later it popped into my head halitosis.
I did notice a couple times fasting having a brownish, yellowish, greenish tongue that would go away post fast. Too be honest I don't look after myself to well. Depression. I have had some let downs the last couple years with yo-yo of recovering from moderate brain injury ya dee yah. I would skip brushing my teeth in morning. I'd rinse my mouth and intermittent fast anyways till lunch I'd excuse myself. I am not the most sophisticated person, but I did use a remineralizing toothpaste at night, yeah! I also haven't been to the dentist in like 10 years. I have picked my own teeth, I just did again during my fast; I'd even cut my own hair, considering I use to draw and paint photographic art as a kid I got good hand eye coordination to put some talent to good use, Ha! I should edit this post I like to be irrelevant.
I did notice that my GI issues got worse with probiotics. That fits with the kimichi having probiotics and acid, also fits with the lactic acid I used monthly the last year with a couple protocols on here and quest's that benefit from ultra fusion. The last 4 days I've been eating a lot of kimichi and my GI issues have more like fully inflamed, but to a milder degree. I did a two week fast and my lower belly is still a bit distended. It had me worried about what if, I do have OCD and can be a hypochondriac. I know the issues almost cleared up a short while ago when I cut probiotics for a few months followed by an extended fast. this latest fast was more of a dirty fast I took some sugar when exercising, as a result probably didn't clear my gut biota. I still have work to do on my brain recovery to make more thoughtful decisions.
Now, I am pretty convinced the last 6- 8 months has been colitis as a result of H. pylori exasperated by probiotics I take a lot of. Funny thing is I planned to add Salvatius a year ago when I abstained teeth brushing, but I may make good plans then meh, due to my low executive functioning. Salvatius, if that's the name is suppose to lower teeth plaque buildup. Which also leads to more plaque in brain, but that's not the cause of Alzheimer's and brain injury secondary long-term damage, anyways, HA HA, I think,
So I thought I would post it here incase others are worried I screwed up, big time, my health, following some protocols. I may have, but it may be down to stupid lactic acid experiments with H. pylori combined with probiotics leading to colitis. These issues could in themselves lead to cancer, so hopefully hasn't yet. I believe it is a better explanation to say the last 8 months has lead to inflammation of my entire gut, especially the last week due to not eradicating the h. pylori and taking a lot of probiotics in acid. Opposed to my OCD telling me that in the last 8 months my entire g tract is inundated with turbo cancer. I hope the former explanation is more plausible, consider I take nothing to treat my OCD right now.
So I plan to take coconut oil, yes reddit user claimed it helped him. I'll do oil pulling if I don't brush in morning, TMI, I know. I heard sulphurphane can lower H. pylori I was planning to grow some sprouts anyways. There is another supplement. I'll try this stuff for 2 weeks first before I tell my doctor I'm stupid. Or maybe I will book an appointment now too. Maybe my choices the last year or so have lead to polyps or what not. I could rule them out at least rather than rely on attempt to clear up H. Pylori
