Using Gamma Knife radiosurgery, is a very precise form of therapeutic radiology. Even though it is called surgery, a Gamma Knife procedure does not involve actual surgery, nor is the Gamma Knife really a knife at all. It uses beams of highly-focused gamma rays to treat small to medium size lesions, usually in the brain. Many beams of gamma radiation join to focus on the lesion under treatment, providing a very intense dose of radiation without a surgical incision or opening.

I wanna use this to target my RIGHT Amygdala first which I think controls fear most and the left is more for emotions but if my fear is still left after the right removal I will remove the left one too but the right one should do it.

Because the therapeutic effects of a Gamma Knife procedure occur rather slowly over time so it can take up to 2 years until I feel better.

I'm gonna go to some country like Mexico where I can do this cheap.

This is a long term project gotta do some more research don´t know much yet.

Just wanted to hear any thoughts.

I cannot logically foresee anyone suggesting this is a good idea under almost any circumstances, but certainly based on what little you've written here.  The consequences can be unpredictable.

she removed more than just her amygdala and im not removing my whole amygdala just the one that controls   fear  more right one  ; Severe anxiety can make you do things like this and its pretty safe ''operation''.I don´t have much to lose but fear and money n time.

Very bad idea, avoid this. Talk to a doctor and he will explain better than I can but each part of the brain works with other parts and does multiple things. No doctor in this country would do it. If you find a quack in mexico you will regret it. It will either be a sham treatment and all you lose is your time and money or who knows? A sham session might actually work, placebo effect is very strong. Psychotherapy may help, desensitizing therapy may do it, damaging your brain will do nothing good.

very good idea.

Gamma Knife radiosurgery  is cheap it´s just if I told my doc why I wanna remove my amygdala or destroy it if you will they would say no but not in a country like Mexico or russia they will do it as long as you pay and of course I will bring friends to ensure my safety and use a place others have been using etc.

Unless you  know something I don´t? Many people do this to stop their seizures and they are fine.

Literally everything you wrote here is either flawed or wrong in some fashion.  All nonsense.

This is a supremely stupid idea.

NOW... if you want something that targets fear-response, and the amygdala, then I suggest you check out Propanolol and 6-hydroxynorketamine.

Propanolol have been proven to inhibit signalling from the amygdala at certain dosages - meaning, that if you hit the right dose, the anxiolytic effect is NOT just one caused by peripheral relaxation - it's actually less fear. There's a reason Propanolol is used by many, many performers in showbiz. It has a decades-long reputation of good effects - now we finally know why.

6-hydroxynorketamine, or HNK is a derivative of Ketamine - they have FINALLY isolated the antidepressant effects of Ketamine, and this is the safest, most effective derivative ever produced. If you're at all familiar with the trials of Ketamine on depression, you will have noticed that the results show that Ketamine is the most effective against ANXIOUS depression - there are two mechanisms possibly contributing to this:

1. NMDA-antagonism - as I've told you before... anxiety can be caused by GLUTAMATE-overload, not just Serotonin. NMDA-antagonists have been proven to be anxiolytic. I will vouch for it, because I've felt it myself.

2. Nicotinic Acetacholinergic Alpha-7-antagonism - 6-hydroxynorketamine effects this sub-receptor, and guess what? What part of the brain has these receptors, working as a gating-mechanism to control the activity in and out of it? The Amygdala. We had a whole thread here about how Alpha-7-antagonism could decrease the enhanced activity out of the brains of Borderline people. (they have diminished amygdalas, with haywire high activity out of them)

6-HNK was synthesized in a recent group buy - with a bit of luck, you can still find it if you contact the original organizers - they have sold several dosages to new patients even after the group buy completed.

For god's sake man! Try these things BEFORE you do anything else, ok?

I think I remember my psych teacher saying that if you remove your amygdala you become a sociopath, not sure though...

the amygdala is there for a reason... you could turn out far worse than before only that at this point you will be untreatable and the problems irreversible.

I would rather prefer to be addicted to benzos than having parts of my brain removed. In the former case there is at least a way to get back, in theory, in the latter you will be f****d for life. almost any solution is better than brain surgery.
