With obesity being such an all cause mortality enhancement, and the good lifespan genetics effecting obesity resistance and recovery so well, I thought this showed some promise for life extension.
Now this study was gastroplasty + vagotomy (removal of a portion of the vagus nerve in the stomach), but those with the vagotomy lost more than double the weight of those having had only the gastroplasty.
