This is something that I've been reading more and more about here on longecity and elsewhere.

Even if you're not considering a vegan lifestyle methionine restriction should be a good idea. And for those who already have cancer then here is a suggestion for a methionine free diet (I would personally undertake this after a few weeks of fasting if possible) http://www.nutrition...on_Protocol.pdf .
