I used to be able to take calcium without any issues until a month ago. Within an hour of taking anything above 400mg, I get major diarrhea. I've tried taking it alone or mixed with mag, d, k, same results. Any ideas why this is suddenly happening?
It's calcium citrate. I've tried two different brands, same issue.
I have taken 1200mg of magnesium without any issue. Only calcium is causing this.
