So today was a massive success. Basically most of the day was concentrated hardwork, and constantly going outside my comfort zone. There were areas that could have been better, but for the most part I got more done today that I have in months.
This is food for thought: right now I am focusing on habit patterns of action, but maybe next month I would like to try to incorporate habit patterns of emotions and thoughts. I believe that task will be much harder, mainly because it will take much clearer intent and awareness.
That's all I got right now. I'm gonna go take my shot of p21, meditate for 20 min, wash and brush teeth then pass out.
I'm thinking of making a video blog about this as this gets more progressed. Especially once I start trying to add in new habits.
