I have a supplement that contains calcium bisglycinate and magnesium aspartate. The bisglycinate form had the highest bioavailability (44%) according to one study, but it was tested on an empty stomach not with a meal. Also, are chelated minerals typically better with meals or on an empty stomach? Does it matter?
