Hello

i'm 34 years old from Germany. I'd like to share my plan and i'm open for suggestions, especially mistakes i may make, like bad combinations. I have four daily times where i take them, and i pre pack them one week in advance. Otherwise i get mad. I can't take pills all day. I post in brackets how much per week i use it and a comment and future plans. The whole plan costs 95 Euro per month, and if my finances are better, i will increase some things.

6am:
10ml Zell Oxygen (6)- contains vitamins, zinc, selenium, enzymes, a bit alcohol. - i'm a long time fan of this. will defintely increase.
200mg Arginine,Ornithine, Lysine - (5) - will stay like that.
200mg BCAA (3) - not really necessary for longevity imo, but it's cheap and only three times a week. no increase planned
Grape seed extrakt (6) - 95% OPC - one of my favs - you can feel the rejuvenation- INCREASE
Resveratrol Cuspidatum - (5) - no comment - in the evening as well - increase
vitamin c - synthetic powder 200mg (6) - still think it's very powerful anti cancer, anti oxidant, overall health and cheap
phosphatidylcholine (6) - no comment, plan to increase and switch from soy to sunflower
aspirin 30mg - the usual argumentation + i can focus better at work
dhea as cream (2) - just testing this, it feels great - just twice a week, increase with age
pregnenolone cream (1) testing it, it feels even better, but i get sleep problems so low doses - increase with age
l oreal youth code cream (4) - against wrinkles, alternating with the above two
11am:
CLA(5)- i always liked that. it really increases energy and i can feel the fat burning- no increase
Tyrosine 200mg (5) - for mood and overall - no increase
Astaxantin (2) - anti oxidant, skin, overall - very expensive - increase
Calcium, Beta Carotine (5) - alternating with above - no increase
Magnesium, Potassium, Q10, B-Vitamins (5) - no comment - no increase
Iron (4) - no comment - no increase
L Carnitine(6) - love this, feel the energy, no increase or maybe acetyl
Creatine 200mg (6) - energy, brain, muscles - no increase
Taurine 200mg (3) - heart - not really necessary for longevity imo, but it's cheap and only three times a week. no increase planned

3pm:
flax seed oil, vit e. (5) - ALA - brain detox and functioning - no increase
wild garlic (5) - like normal garlic - no increase
gingko 200mg (5) - i like that - brain - no increase
ginger(6)- overall health- underrated imo - no increase
curcuma(6) - same
phosphatidylcholine(6) - no comment, plan to increase and switch from soy to sunflower
pomegranate 200mg (6) - awesome, overall good, my fav., no increase
milk thistle(6) - liver - no increase
vitamin D (5)
retinol cream(7)- against wrinkles - no increase

6pm:
resveratrol cuspidatum(6) - increase
vitamin c 200mg (6) - still think it's very powerful anti cancer, anti oxidant, overall health and cheap
krill oil (6) - brain and overall health - increase
acetyl cysteine 200mg (6)- liver and overall - no increase
hyaluronic acid (6) - thinking about deleting it.
MSM (5) - they say it's good :) and it's cheap
broccoli (5) - anti cancer and overall- no increase
Beta blocker Bisoprolole 1.8 mg

Night
Beta blocker Bisoprolole 1.8 mg
Melatonine 3mg (5)
l oreal youth code cream night (7) - against wrinkles

i need to take beta blocker, because high heart beat at night. A lot depends on financial better being, that will solve that problem i'm sure. Will move to a quieter environment then + emotional betterment.

future plans, include carnosine, saw palmetto, luteine and dmsa detox on the weekends.

Kind Regards

Why does a 34 year old need to take aspirin? Do you have a history of heart disease or a condition requiring Aspirin?

The long term data on low dose aspirin is really impressive. It reduces the incidence of some cancers significantly, and probably is a plus for CVD as a bonus.

Looks quite heavy.
Well I would personally put the iron out unless you have an extreme deficiency.
Food gives you already enough iron and too much is bad for longevity.
What is the number inside? The number of servings?

vitamin c - synthetic powder 200mg (6) - still think it's very powerful anti cancer, anti oxidant, overall health and cheap

What form do you use? Ascorbic acid is more pro-cancer than anti-cancer and it is very poorly absorbable.
The best and most potent forms are sodium/magnesium/calcium ascorbate, ascorbate palmitate, liposomal vitamin C being the most absorbable.

future plans, include carnosine, saw palmetto, luteine and dmsa detox on the weekends.

Are you a woman? Because unless you are, saw palmetto will shrink your testicles, it's a DHT blocker like finasteride and it can cause devastating damage.

Also I would be cautious of mixing beta blockers with phosphatidylcholine, that latter also lower your heart rate.

Hello,

thanks for the replies.

My general thoughts:
I came to the conclusion that basically the most important thing is antioxidation and resveratrol. Then you have some substances you really need like Phosphatidylcholine or fish oil. It's further more important to be economically successful, i will focus more on that. You can afford a much better lifestyle for anti aging if you have money imo. So i have made some cuts for economical reasons but safety reasons play into that as well. I also cut Amino acids and BCAA/Taurine. It was powder and I made it in capsules. I'm not so sure if it's really good. I had Tryptophan in the plan too and got major headaches, i also had integrated these things very late and I felt better without it. I will focus more on high value protein food.

My replies:
PQQ: Have goggled it, my first thought is that it's overrated and other substances are way more important. But will observe it.
C60: I have looked into it on this site and i will integrate it, probably next year. It's just too new still.
Q10: It's in the plan under magnesium.
Metformin: no history for Diabetes in my family and i live very healthy and i have low blood sugar.
Herbs: I have cut ginger, curcuma and milk thistle. Still four times a week, but no need to be aggressive there. Also saw palmetto is off the table. Like i said earlier: other things are way more important.
Aspirin: I have deleted it from my plan. The reason for it being in the plan was anti cancer. But I'm taking enough anti cancer things imo. Also makula degeneration is something to look out for. But it might get back in if i'm older.
Vitamin C: Yes it's ascorbic acid. Can you post a link for it being pro cancer. I found only good things... But i have cut the evening vitamin c from the plan, but mostly because i already take enough of it and other anti oxidants.

Updated plan with comments. It will very likely change again. Number of times per week in brackets.
6am:
10ml Zell Oxygen (6)- contains vitamins, zinc, selenium, enzymes, a bit alcohol
Grape seed extrakt (6) - 95% OPC
Resveratrol Cuspidatum - (5)
vitamin c - synthetic powder 200mg (6)
phosphatidylcholine (6) -
dhea as cream (2) -
pregnenolone cream (1)
l oreal youth code cream (4) - I'm not so sure if it has any effect, might delete it, since it's one of the more expensive things also.

11am:
CLA(5)-
Astaxantin (2) -
Calcium, Beta Carotine (5) -
Magnesium, Potassium, Q10, B-Vitamins (4) – down from 5 to 4 times a week

Creatine 200mg (4) – down from 6 to to 4 times a week

3pm:
flax seed oil, vit e. (5)
wild garlic (5) -
gingko 200mg (2) – down from 5 to 2 times a week(weekend), too psychoactive for me and somehow makes me quieter as I already am.
ginger(4)- – down from 6 to to 4 times a week
curcuma(4) - – down from 6 to to 4 times a week
phosphatidylcholine(6) -
pomegranate 200mg (6) -
milk thistle(4) - – down from 6 to to 4 times a week
vitamin D (5)
retinol cream(7)- - I'm not so sure if it has any effect, might delete it, since it's one of the more expensive things also.

6pm:
resveratrol cuspidatum(6) -
krill oil (6) -
acetyl cysteine 200mg (6)- down from 6 to to 4 times a week
hyaluronic acid (4) - - I'm not so sure if it has any effect, might delete it, since it's one of the more expensive things also. Any way cut form 6 to 4 times a week.
MSM (5) -
broccoli (4) – down from 5 to 4 times a week
Beta blocker Bisoprolole 1.8 mg

Night
Beta blocker Bisoprolole 1.8 mg
Melatonine 3mg (5)
l oreal youth code cream night (7) - - I'm not so sure if it has any effect, might delete it, since it's one of the more expensive things also.

Overall cost per month down to 85 Euro.

I plan to test caffeine at 4pm, Bromelain at 4pm against joint pain, Sulbutiamine, CDP Choline and Synephrin for concentration and cloves in the morning for social reasons.

Kind Regards

I have been into supplementation for like 25 years. And I have a hard understanding what you are trying to achieve here. Some examples. Your creatine and taurine dosages are best described as homeophatic. I take both, but 20 times more a day. Even 10 times more you are taking might achieve something. The doses you take are easily available from a good diet = pointless to supplement such low doses. Same with tyrosine another amino acid. While I also take it in the morning, I take 10-20 times more or then none at all. Just to give you an idea, while I often supplement tyrosine in the morning, I also take two scoops of whey protein, a known calorie restriction mimetic in the morning. That alone gives me 1200mg of tyrosine, which is 6 times more you are supplementing. Again, your dose is entirely homeophatic and better achieved from eating just a little nuts or cheese. Iron is just nuts for 80% of people to supplement, unless you need it for some female issues. Even then, I would be careful.

Your regime is so strange and homephatic that it must be that you are trying to gain some cosmetic benefits. If so, you are wasting most of your money and energy. Focus on the following:

- 2000-4000mg of vitamin C in an efferscent non-irritable form
- 200-800mg of r-isomer alpha lipoic acid
- 300-600mg of DMAE
- 10-20g of soy lecithin
- 100-300mg of phosphatidylserine
- 1000-2000mg of omega3s
- 1000mg of carnosine as an anti-glycation agent
- Also consider other anti-glycation agents like benfotiamine and make sure you get adequate diet, exercise sleep and in particular enough zinc and magnesium.

Everything I listed above does wonders for skin in a scientifically proven non-homeophatic way.

Sorry it's 4mg af Astaxantin. Thanks for the comments, i'm just starting and plans to increase are there but I feel very good with this plan and i'm outperforming all my coworkers, but it's not perfect. I might test higher doses.
