So today was a massive success. Basically most of the day was concentrated hardwork, and constantly going outside my comfort zone. There were areas that could have been better, but for the most part I got more done today that I have in months.

So motivation is an interesting subject.

I am starting to see that is probably the most valuable commodity when in the beginning phase of starting habits. Especially when you are trying to add more than 2 or 3 habits. (At this point I'm trying to add more than 5 habits, trying not to count them because I think that is just a mind fuck at this point)

DAY 1:

day one was good. It actually happened to be my birthday, so I had a couple of things that were unexpected arise. Though the day was pretty damn good.
I didn’t do 5 hours of home. I spent some time doing some reflection(my traditional birthday celebration).
Other than that, I did all my new behaviors, without a struggle.
