A potential cause of aging and sleep disruption, the Pineal Gland calcifies over time, and is amplified by drinking fluoridated water. As this is the gland responsible for producing melatonin, I'd like to think it's a pretty important thing to detox.

Is there any NOT "spirit science" bullshitty way to remove calcium from your brain?

I've had great success with Skate Liver Oil - http://www.amazon.co...=skate fish oil

It is also important to minimize your intake of flouride eg distilled or otherwise sufficiently filtered water, minimize contact with shower water etc

My pineal gland is already calcified. The neurologist who talked me through my CT scan said it was normal and happens to all adults, though he was maybe just trying to put me at ease so I didn't worry about it.

Edit: apparently the thing in skate oil that aids decalcification could be vitamin K2, which you can get from fermented foods, butter from grass fed cows, or the best source is a Japanese dish called natto.

Thank you, I'm well aware that our governments are poisoning us, and I've taken precaution.

I've heard that shilajit helps; it binds like hell to minerals including fluoride (yes, I know it's not technically a mineral, shut up, I'm not a chemist).

Hmm. Is OP still around? Guess somebody bumped this thread up...

Has there ever been any actual evidence skate liver oil decalcifies pineal glands? I've read this plenty of times and am sure skate liver oil is plenty healthy, but I've never seen anything other than anecdotes, from quite questionable sources, that it decalcifies pineal glands.

I've seen people say Gotu Kola helps decalcify and support the pineal gland. If any1 else has more info or experience, please share!
