Are there any supplements which can help us to have longer and healthier telomeres?

Yes, I know that overly long telomeres are a problem in themselves - I'm talking about having optimal telomeres, of course.

 

If such products did actually work, then could they be taken immediately following a dose of senolytics to produce better results?

IIRC, Gotu Kola and Astragalus have both been shown to activate telomerase
